Violations may result in eviction without refund, at management’s discretion. Rules are subject to change. Please review carefully and contact us with any questions.
Reservation Policy
A deposit of one night’s stay is charged at booking, with the balance due upon check-in.
Online bookings are only charged if the requested dates are available.
Rates are based on double occupancy and listed in Canadian funds.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
We strive to honor requested site numbers but reserve the right to reassign for operational reasons.
Reservations must be made by individuals 18 years or older.
No-shows forfeit the deposit, and sites may be reassigned after 24 hours without notice.
Group reservations (4+ sites) require advance approval and may have additional deposits or rules.
Refund Policy
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee ($40) to cover processing costs.
Cancellations 7+ days before arrival receive a full refund minus the fee.
No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days prior, early departures, or weather-related issues.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
General Conduct

Quiet Hours: 10PM to 8AM. Keep noise to a minimum to respect fellow campers.

Speed Limit: 10 km/h throughout the campground.

Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially near roads, water, or playgrounds.

While cannabis is legal in Canada, its use is prohibited on campground property to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere.

Alcohol consumption is permitted for those 19+ but must be responsible and confined to your site; public intoxication is prohibited.

No fireworks, drones, weapons, or sparklers are permitted.

Violence, offensive language, racism, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and cancellation of reservation without refund.

These rules apply to all occupants, including long-term guests.
Pet Owners
Maximum of 2 pets per site. Pets must be current on vaccinations, and aggressive breeds may be restricted at management’s discretion.
Pets must be leashed at all times and not left unattended outdoors.
Owners must clean up after pets and dispose of waste in designated garbage bins.
Pets are not permitted in facilities, buildings, or the pool area (except service dogs).
Do not leave pet food accessible to wildlife.
Owners are responsible for any property damage caused by their pets.
Aggressive, noisy, or unruly pet behavior may result in eviction and cancellation of reservation without refund.
RV Sites

Maximum of one RV and one vehicle per site, unless specified in your booking.

Use proper, sealed connections for power, water, and sewer to prevent leaks; report issues to staff immediately.

No washing of RVs or vehicles.

Do not alter electrical, water, or sewer connections beyond standard hookups.

Keep sites orderly, neat, clean, and free of clutter, food, and litter.

Wood-burning fires or charcoal barbeques are not permitted. Portable propane fire pits and barbeques are allowed and available for rent.
Firewood is unavailable for purchase. Cutting or removing wood from the property is prohibited.

Tiny homes are not permitted; only RVs and motorhomes are allowed.
Tenting Sites
Maximum of one tent and four occupants per site.
Tents must be set up within site boundaries, with stakes avoiding underground utilities.
Wood-burning fires or charcoal barbeques are not permitted. Portable propane fire pits and barbeques are allowed and available for rent.
Firewood is unavailable for purchase. Cutting or removing wood from the property is prohibited.
Electricity is not provided unless booked at a hookup site.
Portable generators are not permitted in tenting areas.
Visitors
All daytime visitors must register at the main office.
Day-use visitor passes are mandatory and available at the office.
Maximum of 4 daytime visitors per site. Visitors must park in designated areas.
Occupants are responsible for any damages caused by their visitors.
Visitor hours are 9AM to 9PM.
Overnight visitors must pre-register, are subject to management approval, and incur additional fees.
Garbage & Recycling

Waste and recycling bins are located in designated areas.

Recycle plastics, glass, and paper in marked bins per local regulations.

Do not leave trash or food out overnight to avoid attracting wildlife. Use bear-proof bins if available.

No personal garbage from home is allowed.
Sewage and Septic

Only domestic sewage may be disposed of at sewage outlets.

Use only “septic-friendly” products in RVs, washrooms, and laundry facilities.

Do not dispose of wipes, chemicals, grease, or non-biodegradable items in septic systems.

The dumping station is for registered guests only.
Washrooms & Laundry Facility
Treat washrooms and facilities as if they were your own.
Clean up after yourself to maintain a collective, neighborly environment.
Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Report maintenance issues or unclean conditions to the office promptly.
Coin-operated laundry is available year-round; see the main office for details and change.
Only environmentally friendly, unscented products are permitted.
Pool
Follow all pool rules posted at the pool entrance.
All visitors of registered guests must purchase day-use passes to use the pool facilities.
Key rules: No glass containers, no running or diving, children under 12 must be supervised, and no pets.
Swim at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty.
Violations may result in eviction and cancellation of reservation without refund.
Feeding Wildlife
Do not feed wildlife, as it disrupts nature and our community.
This includes not leaving pet food, trash, or human food accessible to animals.
Vehicle and Parking Policies
Speed limit is 10 km/h everywhere.
Park only in designated spots; do not block roads or engage in joyriding.
Emergency Procedures
In emergencies, call 911 first, then notify the office at 250-300-8795.
Familiarize yourself with the site map for exits.
Follow “Leave No Trace” Principals
Respect nature by staying on paths, not cutting vegetation, and minimizing impact.
Pack out all trash and leave sites better than found.
Legal Disclaimer
All personal property, including RVs and vehicles, is placed on the premises at the owner’s risk. Cedar Springs Ranch is not liable for loss or damages to personal property or other persons/property.
All facilities (parking, common areas, laundry, pool, washrooms, playground, walkways) are used at guests’, occupants’, and visitors’ own risk, without recourse against Cedar Springs Ranch.
By staying, guests agree to indemnify Cedar Springs Ranch against any claims arising from their actions or those of their party.
